Who we are
If there’s one thing we want you to know about us, it’s this: We have one simple mission – we want to create and make beautiful coffee grinders that produce delicious coffee and are built to last.
We are a team of engineers-turned-coffee-enthusiasts that met and came together in this lovely capital of coffee - Melbourne. In 2016, we started developing our first grinder project and established our first operation center in Melbourne, Australia. In 2018, we have expanded our reach and have set up a workshop in China. This allow us to establish a more efficient supply chain system, be closer to the manufacturing hub and to better facilitate the product development process.
We are also in the process of working with distributors in various region to bring our product closer to you and to be able to provide local supports.
All our grinders are wholly designed and owned by OPTION-O.
Shipping and logistics
For all international orders, we will ship your grinder through our appointed logistics companies in Shenzhen and HK who specialise in international exports that allow us to offer a better rate and support on the export/import logistics. Each grinder will be tested in accordance with our QC standards before being dispatched from our workshop.
For Australian orders where ready stock is available (e.g. REMI hand grinder), the grinder will be dispatched from our Melbourne location. All built-to-order grinders (including Lagom P64 and Lagom P100) will ship directly from SZ via air freight (delivered to door) to minimise unnecessary transit time. A subsidised shipping rate is offered for all Australian orders.
As we’re using forwarding service for all shipments, there is normally a short delay before we can provide a tracking number after dispatching your grinder. However, our promise and guarantee are that you will receive the grinder as soon as feasibly possible and we will keep you informed of the process.
