This is an appointment booking system for our OPTION-O Brew Lab in Carlton, Melbourne.
We operate on an appointment-only basis to ensure we provide you with the best possible experience (walk-ins are subject to staff availability).
After you've made an appointment using the booking form, our team will manually confirm the appointment. Notifications and confirmations of bookings will occur via both email and text messages, so please ensure the correct contact details are entered.
Appointments can be made up to 2 weeks in advance, subject to our team members' availability.
Each session is tentatively set to 1 hour by default; however, it may not necessarily take up to an hour.
If you have any special requests or requirements, please let us know when making the booking.
For cancellations or modifications, you can organize your booking via the link received in the appointment confirmation email. We would appreciate it if you could let us know in advance if you foresee that you can't make it.
