• This is an appointment booking system for our OPTION-O Brew Lab in Melbourne (67 Pelham St, Carlton).

• Once you submit your booking, our team will manually confirm it. You’ll receive updates via email and SMS, so please double-check your contact details.

• Visits are by appointment only to ensure we can provide you with the best experience. (Walk-ins may be possible depending on staff availability.)

• Appointments can be made up to 2 weeks in advance, subject to our team members' availability.

• If you have any request or specific goal for the visit, please include them in the Appointment Note so our staff can prepare and accommodate where possible.
