We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone, especially to our supporters and partners who all helped to spread the words.

Our first pre-order sales for our Lagom P64 were a great success and the pre-orders were sold out much quicker than we had initially anticipated. We are really grateful for all of your support and for your vote of confidence in what we do!

But no, it isn’t the time to relax just yet - our journey has only officially started now. It is our priority now to deliver and execute what we set out to do. We are hoping that this grinder will be a true one of its kind grinder in its class that defines what a high-end grinder for coffee-enthusiasts could be!

We will keep you all updated and we know November can’t come soon enough for many of us!

We have been asked a lot for more pictures and videos of the grinder. We originally intended to produce professionally-shoot video/photos for the Lagom P64. But due to scheduling issues it was going to take more time than we like. We thought candid unedited videos will represent the user experience more realistically so why not! ii. Pre-order discount for early birds

As we are a fairly small-sized company, your deposit will be extremely helpful for us to kickstart the production run and to ease off some of the capital burden. Hence, to thank you for your support, we are offering a $100 discount for all early bird orders placed before 14th September. Don't miss it!

iii. Black option available – limited time!

We were asked by a few of you if a black version can be made available. The answer is yes! But the caveat is it will only be available during the pre-order period before the production run starts.  If you would like a black version, do let us know via email so we can confirm that for you before the manufacturing starts.

iv. Tax-prepaid option for customers in Europe

For customers in Europe, we have consulted our freight company and we are glad to announce that we will be able to do bulk shipping for the pre-orders and offer tax-prepay option. The details are also included on the pre-order page:

Hello all!

As some of you may already know from our not-so-subtle hints on the home page and Instagram, we have an exciting news to share! After a couple years in the work, we are finally ready to share this news about adding a new single-dosing grinder to our product line.

Lagom P64 is our take on flat burrs single-dosing grinder for home coffee enthusiasts who are looking to up their game for the light roasted coffees that some of us have come to love and enjoy - or if you are still new to it and are open to explore more! Our goal was to create a user friendly flat burrs grinder for domestic use case, in a compact form factor but with commercial-grade build quality and without sacrificing the quality in other aspects.

We have just posted some information on the product page and will continue to be releasing more information and specs about the grinder in the coming weeks.

At the moment, we are finalising the pricing but should have the details soon. We are aiming to open up the pre-order in early September with a target delivery timeline by the end of the year.

It is taking longer than we initially expected, but we are glad to announce that the first batch of Helor Stance Motors are being shipped! We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during this period. If you are on the September delivery list, you might have already received notification from Helor with your order’s tracking detail. If not, look forward to it in your inbox over the next few days!

As for our customers who are on October delivery list, we have started working on the production since early September. Things are under way and we expect to send an updated shipping timeline with more details in two weeks time.

Dear all

Some of you may have noticed we had stopped taking pre-orders on the website. We truly apologise for that as the demand has exceeded our initial estimation and we are out of the Stance units to fulfil any more new order for early-mid September delivery.

However, to keep to our promise of the cut-off date and if you do not mind your grinder to be delivered at a slightly later date, we are happy to honour our pre-order price, as long as we receive the orders before 31st of August. We expect to receive more Stance units next month and the delivery for new orders is estimated to be early October. We will update our website shortly to reflect that and the updated delivery date for new orders.

Again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for the interest in our grinder.
