What is this event about?

As part of our commitment to innovation and improvement, we've been working on enhancing the little things to make your user experience even better! Over the past year, we have gathered feedback from our LAGOM P100 users and acted upon it. One of the requests we received was to make the chute knocker/flicker easier to operate, and we are happy to announce that your wish may have come true!

We have made a limited batch of our new chute knocker, code-named the NEAT clicker. The inspiration behind the name is it keeps your workbench tidy and mess-free by eliminating staticky coffee grounds that might fall off onto your counter (if you sometimes forget to use the chute knocker you may know exactly what we mean :) ). Similar to the original chute knocker, the NEAT clicker aims to remove staticky clingy grounds from the chute, but it is designed to be more ergonomic and easier to use, and the click provides a more satisfying tactile experience.

How can I get a NEAT clicker?

The NEAT clicker is currently not for sale and it is a Beta-Test exclusive through the Event. Like our previous beta-testing event, a Google Form link to a survey will be made available (link below) for participation. You just need to fill in the form (should take no more than 5-10 minutes to fill in) to put your name up for participation. The beta-testing event will take place from 15th to 26th March 2023, with last acceptance of entry on March 26th, 11:59pm (EST). Selected participants will be notified and contacted within 2 weeks via email instruction to obtain the NEAT Clicker. Up to 100 NEAT clickers will be available for this event.

Am I eligible?

To be considered for the beta-testing event, you need to be an existing/current Lagom P100 user (as of the launch date of this campaign, 15th March). The NEAT Clicker will be backward compatible with all Lagom P100 and so if you have a LAGOM P100 then you are eligible. :)

Lastly, to make the most out of this beta testing, we also hope that there’ll be some form of feedback upon your testing. The route/channel of feedback can be based upon your comfort level - you can either share the results with us, or directly share with the community which we’re happy to follow/watch along.

Is there any restriction on participating country(ies)?

No, there isn’t, as long as we can ship the NEAT clicker to you! If we have shipped a LAGOM P100 to you in the past, then we can ship this too! The NEAT clicker will be available for a nominal fee to cover shipping, which should be between $5-15.

What will I get and how do I install it?

Each beta test kit will come with:

i) NEAT clicker (Black or Silver) and the required screw

ii) Installation instruction provided digitally via email

Installation is very straight forward and quick (<5 min) - only removal and installation of a single screw. The module is completely reversible, allowing for easy removal if necessary.

Other notes about this Beta Testing Event

This event is a continuation of our beta-testing series. The products being tested may not necessarily be officially launched in the end, which makes each beta-testing opportunity extremely valuable. We plan to carry out a series of beta-testing events, including all of our models, and will develop more fun activity opportunities in the future to invite more users to join us.

Can you notify me for future event?

If you’ve purchased a grinder from us, we may contact and notify you of any future event.
