(Another) Update on U.S. Shipments and Tariffs - Oct 2025
Hi all,
We just learned about new talks of yet another possible tariff on US imports from China, which could take effect as early as November. Our team is monitoring the situation closely, and our goal remains to keep prices as affordable as possible for you.
As shared in our May update, we’ve been and will continue working with our logistics partners to find the most economical shipping routes. This may include importing directly into a U.S. warehouse before domestic delivery to you. While this approach can sometimes mean slightly longer lead times compared to direct air freight, it helps us manage costs more effectively amid ongoing tariff uncertainty - and serves as a buffer to prevent sudden price increases on your end when your grinder arrives.
If you select a duty-prepaid shipping option at checkout, the price shown already includes all duties and should remain close to your final total. If tariffs lead to a significant change in landing costs that we can’t sustainably absorb, we’ll notify you in advance so you can choose to proceed or receive a full refund, including processing fees.
If you prefer standard direct air freight and are willing to cover any applicable tariffs (e.g. for faster delivery), please contact our team to arrange it.
We hope this helps clarify the current situation and our approach for our U.S. customers. This will remain in effect until further notice and until duty-prepaid shipping options are no longer offered at checkout. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support during this uncertain period.
