US-Shipment Update 2

Summary: During this transition period, we’ll be prepaying duties for US orders to avoid unexpected fees for customers. This applies to all current and new orders, effective immediately (until further notice). Shipments may take 1–2 weeks longer. If conditions change significantly, we’ll communicate updates clearly and in advance.

Hi all,

While the trade and tariff situation remains fluid and uncertain, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to develop workable solutions that limit disruptions for our US customers.

We’re pleased to report that, through the support of our logistics partners, we have some temporary workarounds that enable us to import goods into a US-based warehouse. This approach allows us to manage the customs process more effectively and reduce the immediate cost impact for end customers.

We also believe the current tariff situation is unsustainable and that the conditions will improve in the near future. In the meantime, to help ease this transition, we’ve decided to prepay all applicable duties and absorb the associated costs for now. This means US customers will not face unexpected fees on delivery. While we believe this situation may be temporary, we recognize that things could change quickly, and we are prepared to adjust if needed:

  • This arrangement applies to all current and new US orders (until further notice)

  • If the external situation changes significantly or long-term adjustments become necessary, we will communicate any pricing changes clearly in advance.

  • This may result in additional lead time of approximately 1-2 weeks beyond our standard transit time.

  • We intend to honour any existing orders at their original terms and pricing. In the unlikely event that this becomes unsustainable, we will reach out with appropriate alternatives or offer full refunds.

Your trust means a great deal to us, and we are doing everything possible to navigate this uncertainty with our customers’ best interests in mind.

Thank you for your continued support and patience.

Sincerely,

OPTION-O
