Each LAGOM 01 order will come with:

• LAGOM 01 Coffee Grinder - choice of 98mm burr carrier or 102mm burr carrier

• Selectable burrs - Mizen 102mm-OM Blind burrs (recommended default), Mizen 98OM (with screw holes mount)

• Magnetic accessories platform (in-built)

• Portafilter holder for 58mm basket PF

• Multipurpose Grind Cup (magnetic)

• 58mm dosing funnel

• Power cord (plug type availability: US/UK/Euro/ANZ)

  • Note: Small stainless steel cup, RDT & WDT tools are not included with the LAGOM 01

Shipping information

The shipping fee will be based on your country/region and will be calculated upon checking out.

As this is a pre-order, delay in production is possible, and is sometimes due to completely unforeseen reasons. But we will do our best to avoid that and keep everyone updated throughout the process.

Other notes

• Price quoted is in US Dollar.

  • Australia: Payment in AUD is available. If you’re ordering from within Australia, we recommend not to use Westpac and St. George Bank cards for payment as they will most likely be rejected. For payment in AUD (i.e. local bank transfer), please email contact.au@option-o.com for further information.

• Shipping date of your order will be based on the dispatch date at the time of order. Should there be any change in dispatch date due to unexpected factors, we will do our best to keep you updated and inform you via email.

• Shipping and additional tax/duties, if applicable, are not included in the price.

• EU duty: We are unfortunately not able to offer duty prepay service for the LAGOM 01 at this time.

• Burrs selection: The burrset that we recommend with LAGOM 01 is Mizen 102mm blind burrs (hole-less burrs for less retention and enhanced performance due to the use of the full grinding surface, ~18% larger). If you enjoy sweet, juicy style of shots with good/high clarity for light roasts, we believe you will enjoy the Mizen very much. If you prefer brighter overall cup profile with an intense/punchier acidity presentation, you can also choose the LAGOM 01 with 98mm SSP High Uniformity burrs which is also a solid choice. Both of these burrs are alrounder burrs (capable of both espresso and pour over), with the Mizen burrs being a tad more flexible and forgiving in our experience. If you brew mostly pour over and are looking for dedicated brew grinder, we highly recommend try out the Mizen OM burrs as they do make impressively exceptional brew in our experience. • Other request: If you need other burrs configuration in 98mm (subjected to availability), you can still place the order directly (leave a note during check out) and get in touch with us via contact@option-o.com. Custom burrs request (other than 98mm SSP High Uniformity) may attract additional $50 surface and lead time (depending on burrs availability and potentially 2-4 weeks lead time).

While we will do our very best to ensure the cosmetic perfection of each delivered units, occasional micro-scratches or cosmetic flaw (that is not visible from 10cm away) may be inevitably due to handling and final QC check. Therefore we cannot guarantee the cosmetic perfection but we can review it on a case-by-case basis. 

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to dispatch without any cancellation fee, after which a fee of 3% will be applicable to cover non-refundable fees charged by our payment processor.

However, please note that in reality there is always a 3% processing fee charged by our payment processor, even if the order is cancelled immediately. But, the cost will be absorbed by us in this case. Therefore, if you wish to modify your order, we suggest reaching out to us first rather than cancelling and placing a new one.
