Each LAGOM 01 order will come with:

Burrs selection
The burr set we recommend for the LAGOM 01 is the 102mm blind burrs (hole-less design). These offer lower retention and improved performance by utilising the full grinding surface (~18% larger), especially when paired with our PCS prebreaker system (available in 102mm only). If you enjoy sweet, juicy shots with good clarity, particularly for light roasts, and prefer a more forgiving burr set, we believe you will enjoy the Mizen very much. If you prefer a slightly more accentuated profile with brighter presentation and higher clarity, the SSP 102HU burrs are worth considering. For those who enjoy a brighter overall cup with more intense, punchier acidity, the LAGOM 01 with 98mm SSP High Uniformity burrs is also a solid choice.
All of these burrs are capable all-rounders (suitable for both espresso and pour-over). In our experience, the Mizen burrs are a bit more flexible and forgiving, while the SSP burrs deliver excellent clarity but may require slightly more dialing in.
Custom burrs request:
If you need other burrs configuration (subjected to availability), you can still place the order directly (leave a note during check out) and get in touch with us via contact@option-o.com. Custom burr requests (other than the 98mm SSP High Uniformity), such as 98Brew or 102Brew, may incur an additional $50 surcharge. Lead time will vary depending on availability, and may take approximately 2–4 weeks.

The shipping fee will be based on your country/region and will be calculated upon checking out.
As this is a pre-order, delay in production is possible, and is sometimes due to completely unforeseen reasons. But we will do our best to avoid that and keep everyone updated throughout the process.
Shipping date of your order will be based on the dispatch date at the time of order. Should there be any change in dispatch date due to unexpected factors, we will do our best to keep you updated and inform you via email.

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping fees (to be calculated at checkout).
Taxes and duties are not included unless otherwise specified (e.g., during checkout when selecting shipping options).

Australia: Payment in AUD is available (i.e. local bank transfer), please email contact.au@option-o.com for further information. If you’re ordering from within Australia, we recommend not to use Westpac and St. George Bank cards for payment as they may be rejected.

Orders can be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to dispatch without any cancellation fee, after which a fee of 3% will be applicable to cover non-refundable fees charged by our payment processor.
However, please note that in reality there is always a 3% processing fee charged by our payment processor, even if the order is cancelled immediately. But, the cost will be absorbed by us in this case. Therefore, if you wish to modify your order, we suggest reaching out to us first rather than cancelling and placing a new one.

All our grinders come with a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
While we will do our very best to ensure the cosmetic perfection of each delivered units, occasional micro-scratches or cosmetic flaw (that is not visible from 10cm away) may be inevitably due to handling and final QC check. Therefore we cannot guarantee the cosmetic perfection but we can review it on a case-by-case basis.
