Our grinders are built for a long service life and designed to be maintained and repaired. We’re always happy to see one continue its life with another coffee lover.
If you’re buying one second-hand, please ask the seller for the original purchase receipt and arrange an ownership transfer before completing the purchase.
The original owner should:
Email support@option-o.com from the email address used for the original purchase.
Include the grinder’s serial number and original receipt or order number.
CC the new owner on the email.
Please do this even if the grinder is already outside its warranty period. Transferring ownership does not extend or reinstate an expired warranty, but it allows us to verify the grinder’s purchase history and update our records.
Unfortunately, grinders obtained through illegitimate means (including fraudulent transactions, or units reported lost or stolen) can sometimes appear on the second-hand market. Taking a moment to check the original receipt and complete the ownership transfer helps protect everyone in our coffee community.
Please don’t share receipts or order information publicly. If anything feels unclear, you’re always welcome to contact us before making your purchase.
For details about our policy on second-hand units, please read the [Warranty Coverage for Second-Hand Purchases] section of our Terms and Conditions.
We don’t currently list individual replacement parts in our webshop, but many parts are available directly from us.
As the correct part may vary between grinder models and production versions, please contact us with your grinder’s model and serial number. Our team will help identify the correct part and provide the most appropriate recommendations.
