EU duty: Due to the bulk/weight of the P100, we are unfortunately not able to offer duty prepay service for the P100 using our regular courier. :(
Burrs: The default burrset that comes with Lagom P100 is SSP 98mm High Uniformity - which we think is the best all around burrs based on our own testing and feedbacks. It has an excellent taste profile - works very well for high-extraction yield espresso with light/medium roasts (main intended application) and surprisingly still gives very respectable filter brews that we really enjoy (it is a rare trait for a burrset to do well in both espresso and filters). We think this is the best option that would suit most users. To avoid confusion, this is a completely different burr geometry/design from SSP 64 mm High-Uniformity - which is more for espresso-only usage and is not suitable for filter.
Other request: If you need other burrs configuration, you can still place the order directly (leave a note during check out) and get in touch with us via contact@option-o.com. Custom burrs request will attract an extra fee ($50) and additional lead time (depending on burrs availability and potentially 2-4 weeks lead time).

Other notes
Every critical parts of the grinder are CNC-machined to a tolerance of <10 micron, with flatness tolerance < 5 micron. Each piece of CNC-machined parts is confirmed using industrial CMM (coordinate measuring machine) post-machining, or else they will be rejected. So we are confident the parts will be perfect. No user alignment is required.
After assembly, each unit is also checked and tested before shipping.
While we will do our very best to ensure the cosmetic perfection of each delivered units, occasional micro-scratches or cosmetic flaw (that is not visible from 10cm away) may be inevitably due to handling and final QC check. Therefore we cannot guarantee the cosmetic perfection but we can review it on a case-by-case basis.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to dispatch without any cancellation fee, after which a fee of 3% will be applicable to cover non-refundable fees charged by our payment processor.
However, please note that in reality there is always a 3% processing fee charged by our payment processor, even if the order is cancelled immediately. But, the cost will be absorbed by us in this case. Therefore, if you wish to modify your order, we suggest reaching out to us first rather than cancelling and placing a new one.
